These professional grade fillet knives are crafted from German 4116 stainless steel for excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance. The ergonomically shaped TPE handles provide an extremely comfortable, non-slip grip. The Reel-Flex fillets knife comes with a 7.5" inch blade.
